CarliPhone didn’t start as a storefront—it started as a family dream. I’m Carlos Serrano. At 12 years old in Trinidad, Cuba, I began fixing computers out of curiosity and a desire to help. That curiosity grew into craftsmanship—phones, tablets, consoles—guided by one promise: fix it fast, fix it right, and be honest.

In 2021, I moved to the United States to build a better future. In 2022, my wife and I founded CarliPhone. We started small, one repair at a time, earning trust with friendly service, fair pricing, and dependable results.
